Purposeful – In Luke 19:10 Jesus said, “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.” In Mark 10:45 Jesus declared, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Jesus came with the purpose of wining the world to saving belief in Himself. He charged us to do the same. It is our purpose to purpose like our Lord Jesus and not to lose sight in evangelizing this Gospel to the world. This is our only reason for existing.
Personal – It is our vision to model the uniqueness that Jesus possessed in His Evangelism in the three years He ministered on the earth. His evangelism was personal. He didn’t send others, he came Himself. His ministry was incarnational. He was God in the flesh (John 1:14) and He identified Himself with humanity. Jesus lived as a person. He walked, talked, ate, slept, laughed and cried with people. He understood them and spoke their language. We believe that this is one of the keys to what made His ministry so successful. People today are looking for people who are real and who will meet them where there are... It is “GO YE” International Ministries' mission to provide people with the personability that Jesus exhibited.
Pointed – Jesus called people to salvation, but He also called them to sacrifice and service. He did not hide the cost of discipleship. He shared with His followers that there was a cross to bear and a cup to drink (Mark 8:34-38; 10:38-39). He didn’t show His followers’ broad and easy ways; instead He showed them the narrow way as it is stated in Matthew 7:13-14. We have to continue what He began by showing the disciples we are making that it will cost everything to follow Christ and to be a true disciple of His by leading by His example.
Perpetual – Jesus evangelized people in all types of places and at all times of the day. The bible stated in the gospels that Jesus witnessed to the woman at the well at noon and to Nicodemus at night. It even stated that when He was on the cross He witnesses to the thieves on the cross. The heart of “GO YE” International Ministries is to witness to all who the Holy Ghost points us to. The time is growing short and it is the heartbeat of our Father God to find the lost and get them found in Christ. Wherever the Spirit of God leads us to preach this Gospel, we will follow.
Pervasive – Christ touched people of every race and social class. If we are to preach this Gospel to the uttermost parts of the earth, we are required to go the discretionary mile and do the same. There are only two families of the earth; those with God and those without God.
Patterned – It is a continued reminder to keep our eyes gazed on Jesus. He is our Model and not man. Jesus provided His disciples with a pattern that they could follow in bringing forth new converts and to grow them from babes to full grown status until He returns. These are the guidelines that “GO YE” International Ministries follow in our spiritual journey here on earth. Jesus demonstrated His methods and they were reproducible. This is also true for us today as long as we do what He did and say what He said. It is all about our Father’s Business and not ours.
Powerful – Jesus’ ministry was empowered by the Holy Ghost from the beginning to the end. He depended upon the Spirit’s power to make His ministry effective. “GO YE” International Ministries is a spirit-filled and led ministry that moves when the Holy Ghost tells us to move. We recognize that a ministry cannot be effective if the power and demonstration of God’s Spirit isn’t leading or in full effect. God’s Word must be sown and planted in faith for God to confirm it by His Spirit through signs, wonders, miracles and healings.
Prayerful – In dealing with mankind, nothing is more important to God than prayer. Prayer is the doorway to us communicating and hearing from God. It is mandatory for all believers to live in an attitude of Prayer that will provide us the energy and persistence to bring forth a birthing of revival and wonderful results in the earth realm for God and for us. A fruitful prayer life is a life consistently being in the realm of the Spirit guiding us to application in the natural. In order for this ministry to be effective in transforming lives, we must abide in the vine through prayer daily so that the Holy Ghost will go forth and prepare the way. Preparing the ground so we can sow the seed of God’s Word into good soil where it can return with much fruit to remain. Throughout Jesus’ ministry He relied upon prayer to sustain His power in ministry and so shall we.
