Diane Arseneault Leukemia Foundation |
The foundation honors the memory of Diane Arseneault, who succumbed to Leukemia. One of the first essential elements in Diane Arseneault was that she adored her relationship with her God. It meant everything to her to spend time in His presence and fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. In this relationship with the Trinity, she was able to walk out her role as a wife and mother while she was here on the earth, and to build and leave a spiritual legacy that would be continued in her absence through her husband, children and grandchildren. |
Diane was an awesome and faithful wife. At an early age, she recognized the importance and the blessing of this Holy call. She purposed to be the best wife ever! The heart of her husband safely trusted in her. This was demonstrated by her godly character and conduct. She made her husband’s life nobler, stronger and grander by the omnipotence of her love, turning all the forces of manhood upward and heavenward. While she clung to him in holy confidence and loving dependence, she brought out in him whatever is noblest and richest in his being. She inspired him with courage and earnestness and beautified his life. She softened whatever was crude and harsh in his habits or his spirit. She clothed him with the gentler graces of refined and cultured manhood. While she yielded to him and never disregarded his lightest wish, she was really his queen, ruling his whole life and leading him onward and upward in every proper path.
Another one of Diane’s passions was family. She was the mother of four beautiful children; Raymond, Laura, Richard and Steven. What a joy divine it was when she conceived and gave birth to each of them. The smile on her face never left as she saw the gift of life from heaven that was placed within her and now in her arms and reach. Her children, along with her marriage, became one of the greatest ministries in her Christian walk. She adored everything about them and raised them in the love she received from her Heavenly Father.
