Missions

Why Missions?   It is the aim of seeking and saving the lost; getting them found; and once they are found; getting them filled, and once they are filled; getting them to grow spiritually in the things of God.   Missions have become an immediate focus to the ministry God is calling me too!  This is the interest of Father God. I have now grabbed hold of it and taken the baton to finish my part in the race, by walking out the story that God has written for me on the mission field.   While meditating on Matthew 28:18-20, I received a deeper revelation and spiritual enlightenment about missions. Jesus Christ, whom God has given All power, All authority, and All dominion too, has transferred this same power to me.   He commissioned me as an Ambassador for Him, to:   “Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life, marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I'll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age."   What an honor to be called to fulfill such an extraordinary purpose.  “Here I am – send me; send me!” I began praying; giving life to the plan God has ordained for my life and ministerial duty.     The Gospel must be preached universally.  This is a divine mandate from Christ to us!  Mission is the heartbeat of our God! We have a responsibility to baptize in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost clearly identifying to the new believers that we confess our beliefs that there is a God.  One God, and in the Godhead there is a Father that begets, a Son that is begotten, and a Holy Spirit of both.     When I do this, I am a teacher of the Word of God and I am responsible for making disciples and teaching them to observe all things that Christ has instructed me with so that they will be mindful of these things and live a victorious Christian life inseparable from Christ and flowing in the divine presence forever and ever.     Now in the same keynote scripture, Christ tells me personally, Tracey “I'll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age."  Do you know what this means?  I am not alone; He is with me every step of the way.  Hallelujah! I have His word and his divine hand surrounds me!
