The Louisiana Outpour - March 6-8, 2009

We partook of the importance of understanding that the Bailout plan wasn’t the plan that President Obama, Congress, and the Senate had proposed to be a help to the families of the earth but it was the Plan in God’s Word that He has outlined for Man! We don’t need the government but the government needs us. The Holy Scriptures commands us, “Be not anxious for nothing: but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God”. (Phil. 4:6) All we have to do is go to the Word of God and Position (2 Chron. 20) ourselves for His Purpose (Acts 1:1;4;8;14; 2;1-4) and He would release His Power! (Acts 2: 1-4; Matt. 11:1-5); this is the Bailout Plan we are to follow for such a time as this! Hallelujah! Glory to God in the Highest! As the Great Revealer unleashed God’s plan, revelation came forth and the children of God started to see what their eyes hadn’t seen; and hear what their ears couldn’t hear before…..Understanding begins to take place within them and they began to get hungrier and hungrier for more of God’s Word. As they ate the rivers of life that dwells within begin to bubble up on the inside and ultimately flow out of them a powerful outflow from heaven that saturated the entire church.
The presence of God’s Shekinah Glory was so in the house where all that were in need of a touch of healing; deliverance; salvation; to have their joy restored; a peace of mind; in need of a financial blessing, shelter, love or desired to receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost just needed to lift their hands to heaven and declare it where they stood to receive of Jehovah-Rohi! The message of Christ sizzled in the beloved hearts where a fierce manifestation appeared and came upon all who had ears to hear!
A few testimonies of this heated tangible presence of Jehovah- Rapha!
I was only able to make it to 2 of the three services. About the first service, I have so much to say yet it is difficult to put it into words. The Holy Ghost took me to a giant pool and people standing all around it. At a certain season an Angel (T-Racey) would come and stir the water and whoever got in FIRST would be made whole (John 5:1-8). I saw that first night this was bigger than just any meeting it was a season of the stirring of the waters and God wanted many people to be made whole! The last night as we were making it to the service, my wife and I had a sudden urge to pray in the spirit hard and fast...as we prayed and when we reached the 7-mile marker from the city of Port Sulphur. My eyes were opened to see a giant (Almost touching the sky) that looked like a lumberjack. He was taking off his lumber jacket his arms were tangled in his jacket and he fell to the ground hard. Then I shouted I saw a giant fall... my wife shouted out Goliath is defeated again. Then we looked toward the church and all you could see was a golden fire around the building. I am completely changed and Port Sulphur will never be the same. These services were so overwhelming I did not sleep for 2 days straight. Glory to God ....and the Glory Continues...
One little boy said that “He was experiencing great pain in his thighs and knees to the point it was unbearable to even stand. As the unction within me began to boil up, I was led to tell this little boy to tell Jesus how much you love him, and while you tell him, just lift up your feet and march. He did exactly that and the presence of God came upon him and he had no more pain”! Hallelujah!
Then there was a young teen that had excruciating pain radiating from her lower back to her buttocks area. She was crying in great agony but GOD! Hallelujah! BUT GOD! He had a plan for her that will cause her to escape and be free from the root of the pain that Satan had called to be upon her. In the Name of Jesus, the anointing hit her and she went under the power and came up Healed in the Name of Jesus! She laughed with great joy knowing that God has once again shown up and out on her behalf!
There were some who had desired to go farther, deeper and higher in the things of God as they heard the message on “Position”. They got so hungry that they ran down to the altar to receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues without an altar call given. It wasn’t just full grown adults but young people and teens as well. Glory to God! The intense anointing caused such a mighty wind to hit that as soon as the Word was spoken about “Why Tongues”? They immediately received and spoke in their heavenly language. What a time we had in the rejoicing of this gift they received from Jesus! This only took us to another level in the Realms of the Spirit as the Master poured out his blistering anointing….The praise and worship in the place were heavenly as Halle, Holly, and Daniel led us with the Trumpery sound that would continue to ascend us into the different dimensions within the Spirit. Somewhere screaming out, “How can this be? I don’t know if I can take more! Thank you Jesus! Thank you, Jesus!”
There were a few who had broken hearts and who had lost all hope. They felt that they couldn’t go on anymore and just when they thought they were at the end; God refreshed, renewed, restored and rejuvenated them for the journey he has called them for! Rise, my daughter! Rise, my son! Position yourself, reflect on my purpose on why I have you here, and watch me release my power upon you! One of the most amazing things happened, a flaming fire appeared and all fell to the floor. Some laid for about an hour or two, others were caught up in a trance where they lost track of time and what was happening in the room or the service; others broke out with great joy; others wailed and weep; some ran; some sang; some sat BUT ALL BURN! Through the demonstration of the Spirit of Burning, Pastor & 1st Lady Mareno and Rivers of Life Ministries BURN with the flames of Jesus within their spirits. The fire was so hot and tangible where many exclaimed, my tongue is burning; my ears or burning; my stomach, my back, my legs, my heart is on fir…Fire! Fire! Fire! But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel as the Apostle Peter states to the men of Judea and Jerusalem in (Acts 2:17-21). The book of Acts is still being written and River of Life Ministries are in “Position as they reflect on God’s Purpose for them so He can unleash and reveal His Power through them as they become the Lighthouse, the Healing Station and Power Source in fulfilling the Vision and Mission God has for them in these Last days…

And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, the repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
When music fills the air, an intense saturation is poured out..listen, hear, and experience the presence of the anointing….as Louisiana begins to rebuild the walls of that state for God’s Greater Glory to be revealed…
