Making a difference at South Crest Hospital in Broken Arrow, OK

Minister Fred Arseneault quotes that “It has been such an unspeakable joy bringing forth the Word of God at South Crest. I have seen many hearts restored and patients’ faith increased as I share the Holy Scriptures. Through this experience I have learned the importance of edification. My faith has increased tremendously and I am more compelled to study and to teach the Gospel in other settings that will promote the learning of the believer of who they are in Christ. It also makes me hungrier for More of Him.”
Minister Lorenda Ford states, “It's been a blessing twofold: 1) God would allow me to be at the right room at the right time to give that patient what they needed. Whether its prayer or encouragement, I was always before the appointed person. 2) God was and still is teaching me to hear his voice on direction on where to go or just to be still and pray when I go into South Crest for visits.”

Minister Darnetta Key states, “It has been a pleasure to see the change on the faces as God spoke to them through me. The woman with the deceased baby was so sad but I was able to leave her smiling. I also remember the time I prayed for a baby in the nursery for two weeks and then the Lord led me to the second floor and to the Mother's room to pray with her about the baby's release because the child was going home.
The testimonies and the transformation of the ministry team and patients are priceless. Nonetheless, “GO YE” has the best Chaplains ever! They are fervently praying and inclining their ear to hear the voice of the Holy Ghost for direction.” We have been happy to serve this community however they need us. As 2010 continues to unfold at South Crest we are looking forward to a greater outpouring of God’s Spirit in demonstration in this appointed mission.
